AV Engineering has announced a purchase of the T10 Vacuum Forming Machine (1500 x 1000 x 620), after our team visited GEISS AG’s Headquarters in Germany last month.
T10 is the most productive GEISS thermoforming machine on the market to date, with significantly shorter moulding times and a compact design. The newly manufactured features include:
- Improved controller utilising Windows 10 Operating System
- Newly developed performance heaters
- Overpressure and twin-sheet equipment for the production of closed mouldings
- Better acrylic processing
- High closing forces (up to 60 t) with motorised drives
- Automatic tool change carriage
With the acquisition of the T10 Thermoforming machine, AV Engineering is planning to manufacture higher quality products more efficiently, therefore continuing to provide exceptional customer service.
