AV Engineering Services Ltd is a leading British plastic thermoforming company which has been manufacturing vacuum and pressure formed products for over 40 years. We also specialise in tooling and production of high-definition mouldings.
With the ability to machine, weld and assemble formed components within the client’s specified tolerances and a broad range of plastics to choose from, AV Engineering has the solution for the most challenging of design concepts. We work closely with our clients to produce mouldings complete with fine detailing and additional functionality, such as mountings for LEDs, LCDs and touchscreens.
AV Engineering offers a complete and bespoke service, from assistance with concept design, moulding, CNC machining to fabrication and assembly. Our clients come from a wide variety of industries including marine, automotive, pharmaceutical, oil and gas and sustainable energy. All development, tooling and manufacturing are carried out on our premises by our highly experienced team.
