AV Engineering continues to invest in site development and quality control of the manufacturing process, ensuring that speed and efficiency of production is always optimised.
Every team member at AV Engineering is responsible for quality control, which allows us to manufacture products of the highest quality. With a system of Quality Management approved and certified to BS EN ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 1400-2015, AV Engineering is able to meet the highest standards and maintain the client’s own ISO 9001 accreditation.
Inspection throughout all of our processes is constant, with the ability to track records for accountability from material source to finished product. Final checking and despatch is a part of this process, ensuring suitable packing is selected for final delivery to the client. At client’s request, we can also supply certificates of Conformity, as well as full dimensional and inspection reports. The reports can be compiled using our CMM (Computer Measuring Machine), which provides dimensional compliance with the drawing.
In order to protect our clients’ privacy, all records are stored electronically on our secure, backed up servers, in line with the GDPR.
